Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data” on psy.one, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Natalia Aleksandrovna Motorina, individual entrepreneur (the “Operator”), my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes of processing

• registration on psy.one and operation of the personal account;
• comments, ratings, saved articles and subscriptions;
• review of the author application and verification of professional qualifications — if I submit one;
• booking a consultation with an expert, payment, and organisational correspondence about the date and time of the consultation — if I make a booking;
• service notifications about events in the account;
• the journal’s newsletter — if I subscribe to it;
• replies to my enquiries.

2. Personal data covered

• first name, surname, email address, confirmation of being 18 or over;
• when signing in with Yandex ID or VK ID — first name, surname, email address (if the service provides it) and the account identifier passed on by Yandex or VK;
• name or pseudonym used for signing, photograph, the text of comments and complaints, saved articles, subscriptions, notification settings;
• if I submit an author application: positioning, approach, areas of work, information on education and further education, length of practice and work experience, “About me”, languages, copies of documents confirming education, practice and supervision, supervisor’s contact details, payout status;
• if I book a consultation: information on the booking and payment, organisational correspondence with the expert;
• technical data: IP address, information about the browser and device, cookies.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without the use of automated means.

I agree that the Operator may entrust the processing to the persons listed in the Privacy Policy (hosting, sending emails, accepting payments), and that my name and booking details are passed to the expert with whom I book a consultation.

Publication of my data on the site (photo and specialist profile) is not covered by this consent — a separate consent to dissemination is given for it.

4. Term and withdrawal

This consent remains in force until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.

Consent can be withdrawn by deleting the account in the personal account settings or by writing to psy@psy.one from the email address given in the account. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except for data it is required by law to keep.
