By ticking the box “I consent to the dissemination of my personal data” on psy.one, I, in accordance with Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, give Natalia Aleksandrovna Motorina, individual entrepreneur (the “Operator”), my consent to the dissemination of my personal data — its publication on psy.one to an unlimited number of persons. My surname, first name and email address for the purposes of this consent are those given in my account.

1. Purpose

Publication of the profile of a PSY.one specialist or author, so that readers can see who wrote or reviewed an article and can choose an expert for a consultation.

2. What data is published

• surname and first name;
• photograph;
• positioning (specialisation), approach and methods, areas of work;
• information on education and further education;
• length of practice and description of work experience;
• “About me”, languages, and the issues I do and do not work with;
• the mark showing that my qualifications have been verified;
• articles and reviews signed with my name, and their dates.

3. What is not published

Email address, copies of documents, supervisor’s contact details, payout status, information on bookings and payments. This data is processed under the consent to the processing of personal data and is not disseminated.

4. Conditions and prohibitions

The data is shown only on the pages of psy.one. I may prohibit the publication of any of the data listed above or set conditions by writing to psy@psy.one; the Operator will take them into account within 3 working days.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent remains in force until it is withdrawn or the account is deleted.

I may demand that the dissemination of my data be stopped by writing to psy@psy.one from the email address given in my account. The Operator stops the dissemination within 3 working days of receiving the demand. Articles and reviews already published in the journal remain under my name as part of the publications, without a link to the profile and without any other information about me.
