About me

I help people get through a crisis, free themselves from difficult emotional states (aggression, guilt, anxiety, depressive states and more), change destructive patterns and resolve problems in their relationship with themselves and the people close to them.

I believe many of the answers are already inside us. But sometimes finding a solution takes the right question — one that helps you see the situation in a new way, find a way forward and notice what had been outside your attention.

In our sessions we explore what is happening in your life and why it is hard to change things even when you know what needs to be done. Together we look for the sources of inner tension, “self-sabotage” and unwanted patterns, so that you can gradually find a freer way of acting.

I help people build their personal lives: understand their own desires better, set boundaries and create close relationships.

I work in the psychoanalytic approach, combining deep psychological work with modern, evidence-based methods.

I’m ready to help you.

My clients come from different countries and are of different ages, professions, religions, sexes and gender identities.
