About me

My working principle is to match the method to the specific request and lead towards real, positive change.

I help you see what keeps you stuck in a familiar script, bring back a sense of choice, and turn self-understanding into real change — in your decisions, relationships, wellbeing and quality of life.

People come to me with anxiety, burnout and crises, difficulties in relationships and with boundaries, recurring life scripts, professional dead ends, and questions of leadership, money and self-realisation.

I combine depth therapy with work on emotions and the body. Together we explore traumatic experience and family and transgenerational scripts. I bring in neuroplasticity and coaching tools that you learn to use yourself.

I help you see what is holding the problem in place and, by opening up a range of options, carry understanding and change into your real life.

What I work with

  • Professional and career crises, transitions and difficult career decisions
  • Leadership and personal effectiveness as a manager
  • Executive coaching for executives and business owners
  • Conflicts in business and working relationships
  • Stepping back from day-to-day management and delegating
  • Fear of losing control and the weight of responsibility
  • Money, success and income growth
  • Self-esteem, self-worth and inner stability
  • Burnout, stress and emotional exhaustion
  • Anxiety, fears and constant inner tension
  • Personal and age-related crises
  • The after-effects of traumatic experience
  • Personal boundaries and separation
  • Recurring life and family scripts
  • Transgenerational scripts and the passing on of trauma
  • Psychogenic infertility
  • Psychogenic loneliness
  • Self-realisation and professional identity
  • Finding a life strategy and the next stage of growth

What I don’t work with

  • I don’t work with psychiatric conditions where the main task is treating a mental disorder, including bipolar disorder and clinical depression. In such cases I can carry out a clinical psychological assessment, help you work out the next steps and recommend a psychiatrist or another appropriate specialist. My practice focuses on psychological therapy, life and career crises, relationships, recurring scripts and personal change.
  • I don’t work by handing out ready-made advice and solutions. It matters to me that you are actively involved in your own process of change.

Experience

More than 15 years of professional practice in individual and group psychological counselling. I work with adult clients, executives, entrepreneurs, senior managers and teams, offering individual and group therapy, executive coaching, organisational consulting and training sessions.

For more than four years I regularly saw Sberbank employees as part of the SberZdorovye corporate psychological support service, working with burnout, anxiety and stress, conflicts, professional crises, management decisions, leadership, personal effectiveness and organisational change.

I combine psychological practice with many years of experience in business and management. This helps me understand the context in which leaders live and make decisions: high responsibility, uncertainty, conflicts of interest, and the need to manage people while keeping their own balance and personal life.

I have worked with employees, managers and teams at Sberbank, Pochta Bank, MegaFon, ROLF, Svyaznoy, VTB, Gazprom-Media, Renaissance, Saint-Gobain, Lotte Hotels and other companies.
